The Two Kevins Lead the Fed Chair Race
Earlier this week, the Wall Street Journal reported that Trump had narrowed down his choices to National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett and former Fed Governor Kevin Warsh. Trump added that his selection should support rate cuts and consult with him on monetary policy decisions.
Hassett holds the highest odds of being selected by Trump at 53% on prediction platform Polymarket, followed by Warsh at 26% and Waller at 15%. Bowman holds slim odds of just 2%.
