Yesterday, Iran Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei made his first public appearance in almost a week, providing a recorded speech that boasted of Iran’s victory in the Israel-Iran war and said his country delivered a “slap to America’s face.” He also downplayed the damage of the U.S. strikes on Iran’s three nuclear facilities.

“As a man of great faith, he is not supposed to lie,” said President Trump in a Truth Social post on Friday. “His Country was decimated, his three evil Nuclear Sites were OBLITERATED, and I knew EXACTLY where he was sheltered.”
Trump No Longer Considering Sanction Removals on Iran
Trump said he was working on possibly removing sanctions on Iran during the past few days. Following Khamenei’s speech, however, he is no longer considering this option.
Trump also explained that he urged Israel to stop a final attack on Iran that would have been “perhaps the final knockout!” In the process, he “SAVED HIM FROM A VERY UGLY AND IGNOMINIOUS DEATH,” in a reference to Khamenei.
