President Trump signed a series of AI executive orders on Thursday. One of these actions, called “Preventing Woke AI in the Federal Government,” seeks to combat ideological biases and social agendas, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Trump Targets ‘Woke AI’ Chatbots
The order provides several examples of AI demonstrating “woke” concepts, such as changing the race of historical figures in images and refusing to generate images of the achievements of white people.
Trump also signed two other AI executive orders to support the federal buildout of data centers and export of U.S. AI hardware.
