Timber Pharmaceuticals Announces Official Name Change

Timber Pharmaceuticals (TMBRQ) has released an update to notify the public and investors about corporate charter and bylaws modifications.

Trex Wind-down, Inc., formerly known as Timber Pharmaceuticals, Inc., filed a certificate of amendment to its certificate of incorporation with the Delaware Secretary of State on January 23, 2024, to officially change its corporate name. This action followed the sale of nearly all of the company’s and its subsidiaries’ assets on January 22, 2024, under an asset purchase agreement with LEO Pharma A/S and LEO Spiny Merger Sub, Inc. The name change is the sole amendment made to the certificate of incorporation.
