BofA raised the firm’s price target on ZoomInfo (ZI) to $9.50 from $8 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. ZoomInfo reported revenue and unlevered free cash flow that was above the firm’s and Street estimates and the 2025 outlook calling for total revenue to decline by 1.6% year-over-year at the midpoint was in line with the Street and “likely better-than-expected,” the analyst tells investors. The firm raised its multiple due to the new guidance, but notes it is still at a discount to front office peers given negative revenue growth guidance for 2025.
