Piper Sandler raised the firm’s price target on Zoom Communications (ZM) to $85 from $77 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm notes that it was a relatively normal quarter for Zoom, as newer products like CX, Phone, ZVA, Workvivo, and AI Companion are showing strength in selling into the installed base and lengthening deal durations, which would have helped normalized Direct growth accelerate, though the core remains challenged with in-period NRR less than 100%, and Direct/Enterprise guide was lowered given concerns around some large U.S. customers’ deal-cycles.
