Rami Unger has joined Eli Glickman, CEO of ZIM, and other executives at the company in submitting a bid to acquire control with the chairman of the board of directors, according to Calcalist. Glickman, five other senior executives and Unger are in the process of submitting a bid to acquire control and the bid is priced higher than the current share price, according to the Hebrew-language report.
