Wells Fargo raised the firm’s price target on Zillow (Z) Group (ZG) to $75 from $60 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm cites mixed datapoints on Q2, with mixed web traffic growth, Anywhere Real Estate (HOUS) pre-announcing negatively on June 17 and May EHS was worse than expected. Wells says estimates remain unchanged but expects less upside vs guide relative to prior quarters.
