Yorkville Acquisition (YORK), a special purpose acquisition company, announced that commencing at market open on September 8, its common stock will trade on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol “MCGA.” Yorkville Acquisition will be renamed to Trump Media Group CRO Strategy upon the closing of the proposed business combination between Yorkville, Trump Media & Technology (DJT) and Crypto.com. The parties previously entered into a definitive agreement for a business combination to establish Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, a digital asset treasury company focused on acquisition of native cryptocurrency token of the Cronos ecosystem .
