B. Riley analyst Naved Khan upgraded Yext (YEXT) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $10, up from $7. The firm cites the company’s quarter-over-quarter improvement in key performance indicators, accompanied by modestly better Q1 results and outlook, for the upgrade. Yext has a track record of strong execution, reflected in meaningful EBITDA margin expansion over past two years and accretive acquisitions, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Riley also sees signs of early positive traction for Scout in its closed beta, which it believes bodes well for retention and annual recurring revenue growth once rolled out. It finds the stock’s risk/reward as attractive.
