Yeti (YETI) announced that Scott Bomar has been appointed Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer, effective February 23. Bomar succeeds Mike McMullen, who will cease to serve as Yeti’s CFO as of the Effective Date. McMullen will serve in an advisory capacity from the Effective Date until May 31 to facilitate a smooth transition. Bomar joins Yeti from The Home Depot (HD), where he served in positions of increasing responsibility over nearly two decades, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance.
