Yandex plans to sell entire Russian business, Bloomberg reports

Yandex is planning to sell its entire Russian business after its founder’s comments criticizing the war in Ukraine made potential investors wary of a partnership with the parent company, Bloomberg news reports. A group of Russian tycoons wants a full break with Yandex, people familiar with the plan said. Previously, talks were on the sale of a majority stake in Yandex’s Russian unit, which produces most of the company’s revenue.
