XTL Biopharmaceuticals (XTLB) announced the appointment of Noam Band as the Company’s new CEO. Shlomo Shalev will continue as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Previously, Mr. Band has served as the Chairman and CEO of Gix Internet.
