Xcel Brands announces common stock offering, no amount given

Xcel Brands announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Xcel. Craig-Hallum Capital Group is acting as the sole managing underwriter for the offering.
