X4 Pharmaceuticals (XFOR) is said to have been approached by Italy’s Cheisi about a $1.86 per share offer, a source told Street Insider. X4 is said to have hired advisors to explore options amid the approach, according to the report. X4 shares are up 11c, or 23%, to 59c following the report.
