WSFS Bank appoints Kate McGlinchey as SVP, CCO

WSFS Bank has named Kate McGlinchey as SVP, Chief Compliance Officer. Reporting to WSFS eVP and Chief Risk Officer, Christine Davis, McGlinchey will lead the design and execution of the bank’s Compliance Management, Fraud, and Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering programs. Her responsibilities cover all risk areas of the organization, including wealth, consumer regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, enterprise governance, risk management and driving the strategic direction of the bank’s compliance team. McGlinchey has served in a variety of senior regulatory and compliance roles at financial institutions such as TD, Capital One, ING Direct, and most recently with First Citizens Bank.
