Wrap Technologies (WRAP) announced the expansion of its Board of Directors to six members and the appointment of John Shulman, Founder and Managing Partner of Juggernaut Capital Partners, to serve as a member of the Company’s Board. John was part of the original outside investor group and continues to increase his exposure.
