TD Cowen raised the firm’s price target on Woodward (WWD) to $290 from $260 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said its Q3 EPS beat was explained by a lower tax rate as sales beat by 3% but EBIT was inline. Demand color on Industrial and aero A/M is sanguine and a new capex project was announced.
