Woodward increases quarterly dividend 12% to 28c per share

Woodward (WWD) announced that its board declared a cash dividend of 28c per share, an increase of 12% from the prior quarter’s dividend of 25c per share. The dividend will be payable on March 6, for stockholders of record as of February 20.
