CIBC raised the firm’s price target on WM (WM) to $244 from $242 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm raised targets in the solid waste space as part of a Q1 earnings preview. The waste sector is “well-insulated in the face of uncertainty” with an inflation-plus pricing model and fuel surcharge programs, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
