UBS downgraded Wix.com (WIX) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $96, down from $145. Wix’s 2026 outlook implies its core business is decelerating to 8% vs. 12% in 2025, with further deceleration in 2027 and beyond, the analyst tells investors in a research note. UBS forecasts Base44 contributing 50% of Wix’s growth but with negative free cash flow through 2028, and estimates the growth impairment in the core business coupled with heavy investment and uncertainty in Base44 will leave Wix modestly below “Rule of 40” in the next three years vs. 43% in 2025.
