In a regulatory filing, Wipro (WIT) disclosed that the board and shareholders of Wipro have approved a proposal to buyback up to 600M fully paid-up equity shares of the company for an aggregate amount not exceeding INR 150B, each at a price of INR 250 per equity share, on a proportionate basis through the tender offer process.
