Baird analyst Andrew Wittmann upgraded WillScot (WSC) to Outperform from Neutral with a price target of $22, up from $20. The company has faced a multi-year cyclical downturn but Q3 was a “watershed quarter, ” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says WillScot significantly lowered expectations and established an “investable bottom.” Baird believes falling interest rates could also help the company, especially as part of broader market rotation.
