Morgan Stanley downgraded WillScot (WSC) to Equal Weight from Overweight with a price target of $21, down from $37. Despite a prolonged construction downturn, WillScot is a high quality construction rental business that is being undervalued by the market, though at this point, a recovery in shares is “more macro dependent”, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
