William Blair upgrades CVRx on stabilization of business

William Blair analyst Margaret Kaczor upgraded CVRx (CVRX) to Outperform from Market Perform without a price target With now several solid quarters behind it following ithe Q1 of 2024 miss and salesforce turnover, CVRx’s the business “has not only stabilized but even improved in the last few months,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says that while the company’s operational and tactical execution is still a key focus, the risk highlighted with the volatility last year “should be behind us.” Blair views CVRx’s newly issued 2025 guidance as “achievable and beatable,” which it thinks should drive the stock higher throughout the year given its “top-tier growth profile.”
