The Department of Defense said Friday that the U.S. Navy has awarded seven companies spots on a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that has a one-year base period valued at approximately $267M and nine option years that could run through May 2034 if all options are exercised, reported GovCon Wire. The awardees include AT&T (T), Hughes Network Systems, MetTel, Real Mobile, T-Mobile (TMUS), Verizon (VZ) and WidePoint (WYY), the report noted.
