Whitestone REIT (WSR) announced that it has received an unsolicited, non-binding proposal from MCB Real Estate to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the company’s common stock for cash consideration of $15.20 per share. MCB Real Estate owns 9.2% of Whitestone REIT’s common stock.
