Truist raised the firm’s price target on Whitestone REIT (WSR) to $16 from $15 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after meeting with its management team. The company remains optimistic about the strong demand for retail leasing and hasn’t seen any slowdown, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Truist adds that the market is underestimating the quality of the portfolio that is marked by a median household income of $103,000 within a 3-mile radius and concentration in the Sunbelt market.
