Whitestone REIT increases quarterly dividend 9% to 13.5c per share

Whitestone REIT (WSR) announced that its board of trustees has declared a monthly cash dividend of 4.5c per share on the company’s common shares and operating partnership units for the first quarter of 2025. The quarterly dividend amount of 13.5c per share represents a 9% increase from the previous quarterly dividend amount.
