Needham analyst John Todaro raised the firm’s price target on WhiteFiber (WYFI) to $45 from $34 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. A lease agreement is imminent for WhiteFiber at its NC-1 Site, and it is the firm’s understanding that just some final signature items need to be taken care of in the process, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Needham adds that it alsos believe it is likely that there is a credit enhancement included from an IG hyperscaler, which would be the ultimate off-taker of site capacity at NC-1.
