Roth Capital lowered the firm’s price target on WhiteFiber (WYFI) to $37 from $42 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after its Q3 results. There was no NC-1 lease announcement after initial talks led to site remarketing to multiple high creditworthy parties wanting the majority of its 99MW with improved pricing/duration, the analyst tells investors in a research note. On cloud, shuffling of customers causes lumpiness near term, but the focus remains on an NC-1 lease and later energization, which would improve investor confidence in execution, the firm added.
