The White House is reviewing an EPA proposal that would make large oil refineries absorb about half or less of the biofuel blending requirements recently waived for smaller facilities, Reuters’ Jarrett Renshaw reports. Publicly traded companies in the space include Bunge (BG), Archer Daniels (ADM), Andersons (ANDE), Green Plains (GPRE), and Darling Ingredients (DAR).
