Wheels Up Partners awarded up to roughly $58M contract from USTRANSCOM

According to a filing, U.S. Transportation Command, or USTRANSCOM, has awarded a firm fixed price contract to Wheels Up (UP) Partners. The contract provides air transportation of passengers with baggage to/from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK and Eareckson Air Force Station in support of the 611th Air Support Squadron. The contract was competitively procured. Contract award dollar amount is $5,416,838.39 and was awarded on 17 February 2026. The contracting activity is the U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, 508 Scott Drive, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Total contract value, including base and all options value, is $57,527,763.86.
