WeWork said on Monday that it will skip two sets of interest payments, amounting to approximately $95M, amid efforts to reduce rental costs and renegotiate terms with lenders, writes the New York Times’ Lauren Hirsch. Although the missed payments, will likely fuel bankruptcy rumors, the company says “it has the cash on hand,” for payments, in addition to a grace period to make those payments, added the NYT story.
