Wells Fargo keeps an Overweight rating on Farfetch with a $13 price target after the London Telegraph reported the company’s CEO Jose Neves is understood to be in talks with bankers and top shareholders to take it private. The firm says that with many moving pieces, including Farfetch not commenting but announcing the postponement of Q3 earnings, it awaits “further clarity on the situation over the coming days.”
