Wellchange prices 25M shares at 40c in public offering

Wellchange (WCT) Holding Company announced the pricing of its public offering of 25,000,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of 40c per ordinary share. Gross proceeds, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $10M. The Offering is expected to close on January 17, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Revere Securities is acting as exclusive placement agent in connection with the Offering.
