Citi analyst Chasen Bender upgraded Weber to Neutral from Sell with a price target of $8.05, up from $2.75, after the company entered into a definitive merger agreement which will see BDT Capital repurchase all the outstanding shares it does not already own for $8.05. With the transaction moving forward, Bender upgraded Weber to Neutral.
