Alphabet’s (GOOGL) (GOOG) Waymo business is in talks to raise over $15B at a valuation close to $100B in a round led by its parent company, Bloomberg’s Edward Ludlow, Ryan Gould, and Sarah Frier report. The autonomous driving company has been in talks to raise billions in equity from external investors as well as Alphabet, the authors say, citing sources.
