Stifel upgraded Watts Water (WTS) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $229, up from $219. The firm expects U.S. trade policy to generate a modest industrial recession in the second half of 2025 through the first half of 2026, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Stifel sees Watts as a net beneficiary of U.S. trade policy with more domestic production than its competitors who source more heavily from China, the firm added.
