Watts Water (WTS) announced that Ryan Lada has been appointed CFO effective July 28. Lada succeeds current CFO Shashank Patel, who previously announced his intent to retire in October 2024. Lada joins Watts from Azek, where he most recently served as senior VP, CFO and treasurer and was responsible for overseeing Azek’s enterprise-wide financial operations, overall financial and capital allocation strategy, and investor relations efforts. Lada departed Azek on July 11, 2025 following its acquisition by James Hardie Industries.
