Watsco (WSO) announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Jackson Supply Company. Founded in 1972, Jackson Supply Company has sales of $230M in 2025. The company serves approximately 5,000 customers from 25 locations in Sunbelt markets such as Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Arizona. Jackson Supply will operate as an independent business and will continue to be led by its existing management team, under the leadership of Jim Durrett and Jennifer Ballsieper. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
