Citi analyst Bryan Burgmeier lowered the firm’s price target on Waste Connections (WCN) to $196 from $199 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company reported solid Q3 results but the target is dropped on lower cash flow estimates, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
