Warren Buffet, whose Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.B) (BRK.A) is Kraft Heinz’s (KHC) largest shareholder, told CNBC on Tuesday that he is “disappointed” with the Kraft Heinz split announcement. While the 2015 merger didn’t turn out to be great, Buffett said he does not think splitting the company will fix its problems.
