Mizuho analyst David Bellinger raised the firm’s price target on Walmart (WMT) to $137 from $125 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm believes Walmart is a likely beneficiary of hyperscalers accelerating capital expenditures and deploying hundreds of billions on AI-related infrastructure. This should “play well into building out AI-powered shopping capabilities and readying the rails of agentic commerce,” the analyst tells investors in a research note.
