Walmart (WMT) has implemented a new raise strategy for hourly store workers that accounts for factors like attendance, teamwork and store performance, Business Insider’s Dominick Reuter reports, citing an employee memo by EVP of store operations Cedric Clark. “It’s about recognition, accountability, and growth,” Clark wrote. “Associates asked for more control over their earnings, more recognition for great work, and clearer expectations.”
