Wallbox (WBX) announced that it received written notice from the New York Stock Exchange on February 12 indicating that the company is not currently in compliance with Section 802.01B of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, which requires listed companies to maintain an average global market capitalization of at least $50M over a consecutive 30 trading-day period and stockholders’ equity of at least $50M.
