Wallbox (WBX) announced two recent private placements of the company’s Class A ordinary shares for an aggregate of $15M. The first is an investment of more than $9M from the Government of Spain through the Spanish Society for Technological Transformation, which joins Wallbox’s shareholder base as part of the company’s financing round from February 2025. Additionally, existing investors including Inversiones Financieras Perseo, S.L., Orilla Asset Management, S.L., Wallbox CEO and Cofounder Enric Asuncion, and others contributed more than $5M through a second investment, reaffirming their continued support for Wallbox’s growth and technological leadership. The investment by the Government of Spain through SETT is part of Wallbox’s February 2025 financing round and is expected to close on June 13, 2025. The second transaction, backed by existing investors, was successfully completed on June 2, 2025.
