Walker & Dunlop arranged a $464.5M loan to finance Atma Miami by Aman, a 4.25-acre bayfront parcel in Miami’s Brickell district that marks the domestic debut of Aman’s new brand, Atma. The assemblage represents the largest and final developable waterfront site of its scale in the neighborhood and sets the record for the single largest land acquisition loan closed in Miami. Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Institutional Advisory arranged the transaction on behalf of Oak Row Equities and OKO Group. Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Keith Kurland, Adam Schwartz, Dustin Stolly, Michael Stepniewski, Michael Diaz, Sean Reimer, Christopher de Raet, and Cole Grims arranged the acquisition and predevelopment bridge loan from TYKO Capital.
