W. R. Berkley raises quarterly dividend 12.5% to 9c per share

W. R. Berkley (WRB) Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend on its common stock of 50c per share to be paid on June 30, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 23, 2025. In addition, its Board of Directors has voted to increase the regular cash dividend to an annual rate of 36c per share, representing a 12.5% increase from the present rate. The first regular quarterly dividend at the new rate of 9c per share will be paid on June 30, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 23, 2025.
