W. R. Berkley declares special cash dividend of $1.00 per share

W. R. Berkley (WRB) announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend on its common stock of $1.00 per share to be paid on December 29 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15. Together with the 50c per share special dividend that was paid on June 30, this will bring special cash dividends paid during 2025 to $1.50 per share, the company noted. In addition, the board has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 9c per share to be paid on December 29 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15.
